Project Update - January 20, 2003

I went wheelin with some friends down in Texas this weekend and it really motivated me to get out in the garage and work on my Bronco. I am so close to finishing now, I will be doing updates every time I work on the Bronco until its finsihed.

First thing I did was install the wiper arms and motor.

Here is a shot of my Flowmaster Delta 50 Series. My exhaust consists of two 2.5 inch pipes into a Y pipe and into the 3 inch in/out muffler.

Then I installed my front drive shaft, and ran through all the gears to make sure the tranny and x-fer case were functioning properly.

Next the left inner fender was installed.

I sandblasted and painted the headlight fixtures.

Then installed them on the radiator support.

I also installed the other brackets on the support as well.

This is the F-350 brake booster. It is a bolt in modification that will allow your Bronco to actually stop. A major improvement over the stock unit.

Here is a shot with the master cylinder installed.

The original brackets bolt right on and that's it.

Here is the original booster. Check out the difference.

I just put the fender on to see how it will look and to test fit it.
